Electrolysis cell
The cell incorporates self-cleaning activated titanium electrodes with an estimated useful life of 8,000 to 10,000 hours. The body is made of methacrylate derivative, with Ø 63 mm PVC connection for Glue, maximum pressure of 1 kg/cm² and working temperature up to 40 ºC.
Depending on the chosen production, the equipment works with different minimum flow rates and number of electrodes. The 7 g/h model requires 2 m³/h and is equipped with 3 electrodes. The 12 g/h requires 3 m³/h and 5 electrodes. The 21 g/h requires 5 m³/h and 7 electrodes. The 30 g/h requires 6 m³/h and 11 electrodes. The 40 g/h requires 8 m³/h and 13 electrodes.
On-screen information and control
The interface allows quick display of the production percentage, Bluetooth and WIFI status, electrolysis information, salinity, temperature and, when the equipment incorporates compatible accessories, pH and ORP values. It also offers direct access to the setpoint, calibration and configuration menus, which facilitates both commissioning and fine-tuning of the system.
Compatible options
Although this data sheet corresponds to the Tecno Connect non scalable, the equipment can be complemented with optional accessories to expand control functions. The pH kit with reference number 76778, the ORP kit with reference number 76779 and the flow switch kit with reference number 76780 are available.
With these accessories, the system can add pH measurement and regulation, ORP control and flow monitoring. In the case of pH control, it has an outlet for a dosing pump. It is important not to confuse this possibility of adding accessories with the scalable range: this unit is still the non-scalable fixed production model.
Dimensions
The power supply has dimensions of 230 x 290 x 137 mm. The cell measures 308 x 162 x 134 mm. The hydraulic connection is made on Ø 63 mm.
