How do I know if the cell is compatible with my chlorinator?

The cell includes a label that includes 3P L MX, 5P L MX, 7P L MX or 9P L MX. The number indicates the total number of blades in the electrolysis cell. The L indicates that it is the “in line” cell of Pool Technologie chlorinators, and the MX indicates that it is the Mixed type cell.

How do I know that the chlorinator cell has reached the end of its useful life?

One of the most common signals is that the chlorinator stops producing, except when maximum power is selected or it is set to superchlorination. In other occasions the chlorinator gives a false signal of “low salinity”, indicating that it is detecting a problem of low conductivity between the blades.
