Bromine Alternative to chlorine Bromogene QP
Bromogene QP is a broad spectrum biocide for disinfection, bacteria, algae and fungi control in pools and spas.
Product especially recommended for use in spas, indoor and heated pools.
Bromine is an alternative to chlorine that may be more suitable in certain circumstances, as it is more stable at higher temperatures and at a wider pH range.
Due to the water temperatures in heated pools and hot tubs, chlorine treatments are not possible and bromine-based treatments, an equally powerful disinfecting agent, are used.
Bromine does not produce a strong odor or irritate the skin and eyes, which makes it especially recommended for spas and indoor pools where ventilation may be limited.
It is recommended to use Bromogene in a dosing device, which is a device designed to regulate and maintain constant levels of bromine in the water. The dosing system ensures uniform distribution of the product and facilitates its control.
