Why did the pool filter valve break when I made the connections?

Sometimes, by mistake, users apply too much Teflon tape to the male thread, exerting excessive pressure on the female thread and causing the body where the female thread is located to break. It is recommended to apply a small amount of Teflon thread tape to the male thread to ensure a tight seal without damaging the female thread.
