Saltio Aquarama Baeza cell spare part
The Spare part cell replacement for Saltio salt chlorinator comes in 5 models ranging from 10 to 35 grams, for different pool sizes.
This Spare part electrodes can operate up to 10,000 hours of continuous use depending on the type of water, salinity index and frequency of polarity change.
This replacement cell does not include the glass, but it does include the connection cables from the cell to the frame.
The cell RP/3 is monopolar type up to 25g/h of production and bipolar type for models from 35g/h of production.
It is 100% original spare part and is very easy to change: just disconnect the equipment from the electrical current, close the chlorinator bypass, remove the electrode and reconnect the voltage cables to the new cell. Do not forget to connect the gas sensor cable (the small black cable).
Open circuit” alarm on Saltio
The “Open Circuit” alarm on the Saltio screen display, combined with a beeping and flashing red alarm, can indicate three problems:
1. Exhausted chlorinator cell.
2. salt chlorinator cell with scaling or debris.
3. Low salt level.
If the cell is clean and the salt level is correct, then the alarm is indicating that the cell is depleted and should be replaced.
Lack of salt” alarm in Saltio
In other cases, the alarm may be “No Salt”, combined with a power failure that prevents to increase the production to 100%. In that case, if the salt is correct, between 4-5ppm, the electrodes of the cell will have reached the end of their useful life and should be replaced.

How can I find out if my Saltio chlorinator cell is compatible with this model?
Normally there is a label on the top of the cell body, this label will indicate RP-10, RP-15, RP-20, RP-25 or RP-30, the number after RP being the maximum chlorine production for which the electrode is intended.

Can I put a cell with more production in my equipment?
No, each salt chlorinator is designed to work with its initial production cell. For example, you will not be able to put a 35 g/hour cell in a chlorinator designed for 25 g/hour.
If your chlorinator is undersized, please contact us by whatsapp to make a “renovation plan” for your old equipment. You can use PoolComet’ s salt chlorinator size calculator to find out what is the ideal size of salt chlorinator for your pool.
Salt chlorination electrode replacement parts are products with a limited service life. For this reason, once they have been installed—even if only for testing purposes—they cannot be returned. Also, keep in mind that you cannot install an electrode that is either smaller or larger than the one originally specified for the equipment, as it will not work. If you’re unsure which model is compatible with your chlorinator, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp for a no-obligation consultation.
