Spare part cell compatible with Zodiac or Clearwater equipment. Designed specifically for the TS and Cl series, this electrode respects the original technology of 7 perforated titanium grids (meshes) and maintains the characteristic screw electrical connection system.

Replacing the cell in time prevents damage to the chlorinator power supply. If your chlorine production has dropped drastically or the “Low Salt” indicator lights up even though you have the correct salt, it’s time to change it.

The cables of my installation are fastened with screws to the cell. Does this new cell come with the screws Included?

This electrode comes prepared with the holes and terminals ready for Clearwater’s signature screw attachment system. However, you will need to retain and reuse the original screws and wires from your current installation to make the connection.

Is the cell difficult to install? Do I need a technician?

No, it is a very simple process. Just turn off the pump, close the stopcocks, unscrew the old cell, disconnect the wires and insert the new one. It is important that the terminals are tightened securely to prevent them from overheating.

Do I have to change the pool water to put in a new cell?

It is not necessary to change the water unless the level of Stabiliser or total salts (TDS) is excessively high. What is mandatory is to balance the pH between 7.2 and 7.4 before turning on the new cell, as the electrolysis process tends to naturally raise the pH.

My equipment is a Zodiac LM2 or LM3. Can I use this cell?

No, it will not work for you. This cell is exclusive for the classic TS and CL series of Zodiac/Clearwater (screw fixing and not self-cleaning). The LM2 and LM3 series use a completely different blade design and different connectors. Please look in our store for the specific section for Zodiac LM.
