How should I winterize the heat pump Hayward Heat Relax ?

Set the heat pump to “OFF” mode.

Turn off the power supply to the heat pump.

Empty the condenser by means of the draining mechanism to avoid any risk of deterioration. (Important risk of freezing).

Close the bypass valve and unscrew the inlet/outlet connectors.

Expel residual stagnant water from the condenser using an air gun.

Seal the water inlet and outlet of the heat pump to prevent foreign bodies from entering.

Cover the heat pump with a hibernation cover (not included).
