The StarPump II pool pump is an excellent choice for cleaning your pool. It is manufactured by Hayward, an American “giant” in the manufacture of pool equipment, leader in the manufacture of pool pumps and filters.
This model is currently phased out. There is a model compatible in dimensions with the Starpump II, launched in 2026 that is compatible with the Starpump II known as Variable speed pool pump Max Flo VS 1CV, low energy saving and low sound level, ideal for replacement of single speed models without the need to modify piping or electrical installation. The Max Flo 1CV VS reduces power consumption by up to 80%, improves water recirculation and achieves very quiet operation compared to other single speed models.
The Hayward StarPump II has the same dimensions as other pumps on the market such as the Hayward Powerline Plus, SuperPool, Hydroline Max Power and Hayward Max Flo, which allows an immediate pump replacement, without having to modify the piping in your installation.
This Filtration pump for swimming pool incorporates a motor IP-X5, class F and turbine in Noryl, so it is assured an adequate thermal protection. It has motor versions from 0.5 to 1.5CV with single-phase current.
It features a 1-liter prefilter for leaves and debris, with a transparent polycarbonate lid that allows you to see the debris removed from the pool and a butterfly screw closure that is easy to use.
The filtering pump Hayward StarPump II includes components made with resin and ceramic on carbon, for greater resistance to corrosion and exposure to the elements, which makes it 100% compatible with salt chlorination or other types of chemical pool treatment.
