The cordless MOVA LiDAX Ultra 1000 Robot Lawn Mower is designed for automated maintenance of lawns up to approximately 1,000 m² using autonomous navigation based on LiDAR sensors and machine vision. It integrates the UltraView™ 2.0 positioning system, which combines 360° 3D LiDAR scanning with visual recognition algorithms, enabling automatic terrain mapping and displacement without the need for perimeter wire or external RTK stations.
This battery-powered garden robot incorporates a floating cutting system with UltraTrim™ 1.0 mobile disc, which allows working in proximity to structural edges with a distance of less than 5 cm. The cutting width is 20 cm and the height is adjustable from 3 to 10 cm by electronic control. The robot uses rear-wheel drive with all-terrain wheels capable of overcoming slopes of up to 45% and vertical obstacles of up to 4 cm, while maintaining stability on uneven surfaces.
The set is powered by a lithium-ion battery of approximately 5 Ah, with a cycle time of 70 to 90 minutes per cycle and recharging in approximately 65 minutes. The system supports multiple work zone management, U-pattern path planning and mobile app control for map configuration, scheduling and performance monitoring.
Features of MOVA LiDAX Ultra 1000 robotic garden mower
LiDAR 3D navigation and machine vision
The UltraView™ 2.0 system uses 360° LiDAR sensors combined with camera vision to generate three-dimensional maps of the environment. This technology allows accurate positioning even in areas with limited GPS signal or under varying lighting conditions.
Adjustable floating cutting system
The cutterbar integrates a floating deck with an UltraTrim™ 1.0 moving disc, which adapts the height of the blade assembly to the relief of the terrain. The cutting height is adjustable from 3 to 10 cm in multiple levels, allowing to adapt the lawn maintenance to different seasons or plant species.
Ability to move in complex terrain
The rear-wheel drive system with large-diameter wheels provides grip on slopes up to 45% and allows overcoming vertical obstacles up to 4 cm. This configuration facilitates operation in gardens with irregularities, raised edges or narrow paths.
Intelligent obstacle detection
The robot integrates artificial intelligence-based recognition algorithms capable of identifying more than 300 types of objects present in the garden. The system automatically adjusts the trajectory to avoid collisions with outdoor furniture, pets or decorative elements.
Benefits of MOVA LiDAX Ultra 1000 robotic garden mower
Installation without perimeter wire: LiDAR and machine vision navigation eliminates the need to install buried boundary wires. This simplifies system commissioning and reduces field installation interventions.
Uniform coverage of the cutting area: U-pattern path planning generates structured paths that reduce uncut areas. The result is a homogeneous coverage of the programmed surface.
Adaptation to uneven terrain: The floating cutting system and rear traction allow maintaining a constant cutting height on uneven terrain or slopes.
Automated management of lawn maintenance: The robot can be programmed to work by zones or at defined times, automatically returning to the charge base when the battery level is low and resuming the cycle thereafter.
