The contrast shower cube completes the traditional Finnish sauna experience by allowing immediate immersion in cold water after the hot session. This thermal contrast stimulates circulation, strengthens the immune system and enhances the revitalizing effects of the sauna bath.
During the process, the heat-induced dilation of the blood cells housing is followed by a rapid contraction when cold water is applied, which improves the toning of the tissues and generates a feeling of well-being and deep freshness.
The bucket has an adjustable capacity of 18 liters, with a filling rate of 10 liters per minute, allowing the contrast bath to be repeated every few seconds and prolonging the sensation of thermal stimulation.
This model is designed to be installed on the wall of the wet sauna area.
