Perfekta MA QP dosing pump for constant dosing

The Perfekta electromagnetic constant dosing pump is an electromagnetic pump model that allows manual adjustment of the flow rate, has a suction and injection kit in PP and an injector with lip valve.

It comes available in different flow rates (5, 10, 20 liters per hour) and features the Start & Stop function for full control of your electromagnetic pool pump.

The Perfekta pump is equivalent to the manually regulated AstralPool Exactus pump. Does not include pH kit or redox, works as an auxiliary to a pH, chlorine or redox measurement panel.

This dosing pump shares a design with the Exactus dosing pump from AstralPool.

This model does not incorporate pH or redox measurement probes, since its function is to work in conjunction with other measuring elements such as those of any control panel.

It can function as an injection pump for acids, alkalis or corrosive liquids such as sodium hypochlorite.

Thanks to its high flow rates, it is a pump capable of working in any type of pool of collective volume.

Features of the dosing pump Perfekta QP

As it is a constant dosing pump, it allows to add to the pool water the precise amount of pH or chlorine continuously, maintaining a constant and precise flow of the liquid.
It has an activation delay for pump start-up, which avoids frequent starts and stops or reduces current peaks.
This is an electromagnetic pH dosing pump that is very intuitive and easy to use as a slave to a measuring panel.
It also allows the dosing of liquid chlorine and other pool chemicals.
The standard power supply of this electromagnetic pump is 220-240V.

How do electromagnetic metering pumps work?

The operating principle of the Perfekta series is based on a very reliable design for liquid injection. A piston, equipped with a Teflon® diaphragm, is mounted on an electromagnet. When the electromagnet attracts the piston, a pressure is generated in the pump body, resulting in the controlled expulsion of liquid through the return valve. Once the electrical impulse ceases, a spring springs into action, returning the piston to its initial position by drawing liquid through the suction valve. The simplicity of this process eliminates the need for lubrication and reduces maintenance to a minimum. In addition, the materials used in the construction of the pump make it suitable for handling highly corrosive liquids.

What pressure and flow rate can the Perfekta series pumps offer?

This metering pump has been designed to accommodate flow rates ranging from 0 to 20 liters per hour, and to withstand pressures ranging from 0 to 10 bar, depending on the specific type of pump. Its versatility makes it ideal for a wide range of applications where precision and resistance to aggressive liquids are required.
