Preparation and Delivery Times at PoolComet

At PoolComet, we work to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. We are committed to preparing and shipping every order the same day, whenever possible, depending on the time of purchase, product availability, and warehouse workload.

Products in stock:

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. are usually prepared and shipped on the same business day. This timeframe is approximate and does not guarantee immediate processing.

Out-of-stock products

We carry thousands of items available directly from our manufacturers' warehouses. These orders are usually processed within approximately 2 to 3 business days.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Small and medium-sized products

Deliveries are typically made within 24 to 96 hours after shipment, depending on the destination and the shipping carrier.

Bulky or large-format products

They are shipped via specialized shipping companies. The standard delivery time is 5 to 10 days from the date of shipment.

Deliveries to islands

Shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Sicily, Malta, Madeira, the Azores, Corsica, and other island destinations may take a few extra days due to maritime logistics.

Orders placed on marketplaces:

If you placed your order through a marketplace—such as Leroy Merlin, Worten, MediaMarkt, or another external platform—you should check the delivery times and track your order directly from your account on that marketplace.
