The SACI Stellar swimming pool filtration pump<\/strong> is a self-priming centrifugal pump designed for water recirculation and filtration in private pools. It offers efficient and quiet operation, with a maximum sound level of 69 dB<\/strong>. One of its main advantages is its dimensional compatibility with the AstralPool Victoria Plus and Victoria Plus Silent pumps<\/strong>. The base includes removable spacers to adjust the installation height and replace these models without having to modify the existing hydraulic system. It features dual connections via threaded fittings and DN 50\/63 fittings, allowing it to be installed in both new equipment and existing machine rooms.<\/span><\/p>\n

The body is made of fiberglass-reinforced polypropylene<\/strong>. It features an AISI 316 stainless steel shaft and AISI 316 motor seal, a Noryl impeller, AISI 304 stainless steel fasteners, and an aluminum bracket with a cataphoretic coating. The prefilter features a large-capacity basket and a transparent polycarbonate lid.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Ring Lock<\/strong> system allows you to open the lid with a quarter-turn and easily access the basket for cleaning.<\/span><\/p>\n

To ensure proper self-priming, SACI recommends installing the pump at a maximum height of 2 meters above the water level. Before the first startup, the prefilter must be filled, and you must verify that the pump does not run dry.<\/span><\/p>\n

The three-phase versions feature IE3 asynchronous motors running at 2,900 rpm, while the single-phase versions use IE2 motors. The bearings are lubricated for life and do not require periodic maintenance.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Before replacing the pump, make sure that the power rating, power supply type, and connection configuration match. Single-phase and three-phase versions are not directly interchangeable. To adjust the height, you may need to use the removable spacers on the base.<\/small><\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Installation and maintenance<\/h2>\n

The electrical installation and plumbing connections must be performed by qualified personnel. The pump must be mounted on a solid, level surface in a well-ventilated area that is protected from flooding, rain, and frost.<\/p>\n

Before turning it on, fill the prefilter completely with water and make sure the lid is tightly closed. Tighten the lid using only your hands; the included wrench should be used only to open it.<\/p>\n
